Assistant Project Manager
The Assistant Project Manager provides support to the Project Manager. Some duties include the scope of work assembly including, distribution, tracking, submittals, and change orders.
Among other duties, the Superintendent maintains professional relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers and conducts quality control of inspections of completed projects. Ability to adapt to deadline demands, simultaneous bidding, and manage the safety, security, and quality of operations.
CFP is looking to hire productive Journeyman Plumbers who are efficient under stress, detail-oriented, and team players with at least 5 years of plumbing experience. Applicants must have the ability to read blueprints, a valid driver's license, and a clean current DMV report.
We are prepared to offer the right applicant use of company vehicle, gas card, bridge toll transponder, and mobile phone for regular business.
